Glassdoor's internal teams relied on custom React.js content moderation tools that were costly to maintain and slow to iterate on. Every change required frontend engineering resources and a full deployment cycle.

Led the migration from custom React.js applications to Retool — handling GraphQL network call detection, cross-database optimization (MSSQL Server + PostgreSQL), and rebuilding workflows with full feature parity. The tools became modifiable by non-engineers.
