The Challenge
Healthcare companies (DME/HME providers) were drowning in manual document processing — insurance forms, medical records, prior authorizations. They needed AI-powered automation that could handle complex, unstructured documents reliably.
The Solution
Built the entire SaaS from scratch with the help of a great technical co-founder. AI-powered document processing pipelines using OCR, PDF extraction, browser automation, and LLM integration. Deployed on AWS Lambda and GCP Cloud Functions with Temporal for workflow orchestration.
